  • RECIPE Serves 4 people.
    Ravioli with tofu and spinach g 400 - g 50 vegetable margarine or vegetable cream - g 10 curry or saffron – 3 tablespoons olive oil – salt and pepper.
    Melt the margarine in a water bath or heat the vegetable cream, add the curry or saffron and then the oil. Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in salted boiling water, drain them and toss in the pan to mix them with vegetable cream. Garnish with sunflower seeds if you like.
